Job Description

  • This role is for an experienced sales person who has worked in healthcare in meeting doctors, preferably in pharma, diagnostics or other healthcare & health-tech related businesses. And has a passion for solving for healthcare consumers in India.
  • You will work closely with the Sales head and other leaders in the company to build a strong at home diagnostics business- collaborating to create Product/services that will help define the future of healthcare.
What will you get to do

  • Identify and pursue new business opportunities through market research, networking, and other means
  • Develop and maintain relationships with Doctors, including regular communication, meetings, and presentations
  • Manage the sales process from lead generation to deal closure, including proposal development, contract negotiation, and account management
  • Collaborate with cross-functional teams to develop customised solutions that meet client needs
  • Develop and execute strategic plans to achieve sales targets and growth objectives
  • Provide regular reports on sales activity and pipeline status to senior management
  • Conduct market research and competitive analysis to inform business decisions
  • Stay up-to-date on industry trends, competitors, and market conditions

Communication and interpersonal skills:

  • Need good communication skills to be able to build long-standing and successful relationships with clients. Also should be able to adapt and develop solutions to client s needs with clear and decisive communication.
  • Negotiation skills: Be tactful and hold the knowledge of when to compromise and when to offer firm solutions to persuade prospects.
  • Research and strategy: To understand the needs and goals of clients, research the organisation, their pain points, their current providers
  • Business intelligence: Understand our business offering in order to develop the market offering and positioning strategy against the competitors
  • Networking: Build valuable relationships with new and existing clients
