Job Title : Business Development Manager
Location : Ahmedabad (On-Site)
Overview:
We are seeking a dynamic and results-driven Business Development Executive with a proven track record in
lead generation, cold calling, email marketing, and end-to-end sales specifically within the IT services/IT
consulting sector. The ideal candidate will have 5+ years of experience driving business growth through
proactive outreach and relationship building.
Role & Responsibilities:
Utilize various channels to generate leads, including social media, industry events, Email Campaign, Cold Calling, etc.
Cold calling potential prospects, showcasing our IT services/consulting offerings.
Build and maintain a pipeline of potential clients through effective cold-calling strategies.
Engage in consultative conversations to understand client needs and position our solutions accordingly.
Lead Generation through market research and strategic targeting.
Develop and implement targeted email campaigns to nurture leads and drive conversions.
Craft compelling email content that highlights the value proposition of our IT services.
Analyse email campaign performance metrics and adjust strategies for optimal results.
Establish and cultivate strong relationships with key decision-makers in IT services/consulting companies.
Conduct regular follow-ups with prospects to move them through the sales funnel.
Provide excellent customer service to existing clients and ensure satisfaction with our services.
Work closely with the sales team to align strategies and achieve common goals.
Maintain accurate and up-to-date records in the CRM system.
Generate regular reports on lead generation, conversion rates, and other key performance indicators.
Qualifications:
Bachelor's degree in business, Marketing, or a related field.
Proven experience (5+ years) in business development within the IT services/IT consulting industry.
Strong understanding of lead generation techniques, cold calling best practices, and email marketing strategies.
Target-driven individual with a focus on achieving and exceeding targets.
End to End sales experience is a plus.
Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
Ability to work independently and as part of a collaborative team
