Role Description

This is a full-time on-site role for a Business Development Manager at TMB in Ghaziabad. The Business Development Manager will be responsible for identifying new business opportunities, building client relationships, and developing strategic partnerships. The role involves creating and implementing sales strategies, meeting sales targets, and contributing to the growth of the company.

Qualifications

• Influencer Marketing Strategy, Influencer Identification, and Campaign Management skills.
• Data Analysis and Performance Tracking abilities
• Strong negotiation and communication skills
• Business Development and Client Relationship Management experience
• Digital Marketing and Social Media Marketing knowledge
• Ability to work independently
• Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Marketing, or related field
• Previous experience in the digital marketing industry is a plus
• Experience in the advertising or marketing industry
