We are looking for a dynamic and experienced Business Development Manager to join our team. The ideal candidate will be responsible for driving business growth by identifying new market opportunities, building strategic partnerships, and managing relationships with key clients. The Business Development Manager will play a critical role in expanding our market presence and driving revenue growth.
Identify New Business Opportunities: Research and identify new business opportunities, including new markets, growth areas, trends, customers, partnerships, and services.
- Strategic Planning: Develop and execute strategic plans to achieve sales targets and expand our customer base.
Build Relationships:
Establish and maintain strong relationships with potential clients, partners, and stakeholders to drive business growth.Lead Generation:
Generate leads through networking, cold calling, and other business development methods.Negotiation and Closing: Negotiate and close business deals that align with the company's goals and objectives.
- Market Analysis: Analyze market trends, competition, and customer needs to develop tailored business strategies.
Collaboration:
Work closely with internal teams, including sales, marketing, and product development, to ensure alignment and successful execution of business development strategies.Reporting:
Prepare and deliver regular reports on business development activities, including pipeline status, deal progress, and market feedback.Brand Representation: Represent the company at industry events, conferences, and meetings, promoting our brand and identifying new business opportunities.
Experience: Minimum of 2 to 3 years of experience in business development, sales, or a related field, preferably in IT, Banding, sales, telecommunication.
- Education: Bachelor's degree in Business, Marketing, or a related field. An MBA or other relevant advanced degree is a plus.
