Job Description

Job Summary:

  • Handle revenue streams from new client acquisition for Temp staffing, It staffing and augmentation
  • Grow the business of IT Staffing in scale and scope with key client acquisitions.
  • Handle targets on Gross Profit (Revenue), contract resource numbers (onboards), new client signups (Key clients).
  • Responsible to drive signups with prospective clients in the chosen focus industry segments.
  • Work with Delivery/Recruitment teams to ensure new client requirements are serviced immediately and efficiently.

Skills Required:

- Graduate or post-graduate with experience in sales and business development.

- Specific experience in IT or IT Staffing industry business development role involving hunting and farming of clients.

- Excellent English Communication skills written and oral.

- Knowledge about the current market trends especially IT industry related to staffing services.

- Handling Domestic and International clients.

- Proven ability to handle revenue targets is a must

- Motivated self-starter, proactive, able to meet unexpected challenges, and can work independently as well as part of a team

- Effective presentation skills

- Negotiation skills
