Location: Synergy Business Park, Goregaon East.
Timing - 9:30am - 6pm
Working days - 5 days but 1st and 3rd Saturday are working and 2nd, 4th and 5th will be off and Sunday is fixed off.
Role:
As Business development Manager Team member is responsible for building a positive relationship with a clients. Ensuring contracts are carried out according to agreed terms. To succeed in this role, you'll need to communicate well and multi-task under tight deadlines. Experience in B2B sales and customer acquisition is an asset in this position. If you're a team player and a problem-solver, we'd like to meet you. Your goal will be to ensure that our relationships with customers are strong, profitable and enduring.
Duties Responsibilities:
- Foster positive relationships with our customers as their primary point of contact.
- Help clients implement services and plan projects effectively.
- Ensure that contract terms and conditions are met.
- Manage invoices and bills for assigned customers.
- Identify new opportunities with the client and Rapport building with existing clients.
- Address customer issues with speed and efficiency Responsible for achieving Revenue
Targets.
- Proven experience in Client Engagement and New Client Acquisition.
- Background in B2B and Enterprise sales.
- Strong organizational and multitasking skills.
- Customer-oriented approach.
- Excellent verbal and written communication abilities.
- Sharp business acumen Problem-solving aptitude.
