Job Summary:
The Business Development Manager will be responsible for identifying new business opportunities, building and maintaining relationships with clients, and driving sales growth. The ideal candidate will have a strong background in sales and marketing, excellent communication skills, and a proven track record of meeting or exceeding sales targets.
Key Responsibilities:
* Identify and generate new business opportunities through various channels, including LinkedIn, email campaigns, Upwork, Fiverr, Guru, Freelancer, networking events, and industry conferences.
* Develop and implement strategic sales plans to achieve company goals and revenue targets.
* Conduct market research to identify potential clients in target markets (US, Canada, UK, Germany, France, Australia, Singapore, and Japan) and industries (technology, e-commerce, healthcare, financial services, real estate, hospitality).
* Build and maintain strong relationships with prospective and existing clients.
* Prepare and deliver compelling sales presentations, proposals, and pitches to prospective clients.
* Negotiate and close deals to achieve or exceed sales targets.
* Collaborate with the marketing team to develop targeted marketing campaigns and sales materials.
* Monitor and report on sales performance and market trends.
* Provide exceptional customer service and support to clients to ensure long-term partnerships.
Qualifications:
* Bachelor's degree in Business, Marketing, or a related field.
* 2+ years of experience in business development, sales, or a related role in the digital marketing industry.
* Proven track record of achieving or exceeding sales targets.
* Experience in using platforms like Upwork, Fiverr, Guru, and Freelancer for lead generation and client acquisition.
* Excellent communication, negotiation, and presentation skills.
* Strong understanding of digital marketing services and trends.
* Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
* Proficiency in using CRM software and sales tools.
