EXPERIENCE:
- 3 to 5 years of experience
- Having SaaS sales exp. of at least 2 years.
- Having Recruitment domain experience of 2+Years.
RESPONSIBILITIES :
- Maintain existing customer success metrics and data.
Review the customer journey, identifying how it's supported, taking a
consultative approach in helping clients overcome issues and achieve goals.
- Own overall relationship with clients, including managing on-boarding,
implementation, training, increasing adoption, and high levels of customer
satisfaction.
- Contacting prospective clients through various mediums this could
include reaching out on social media, phonecalls emailing or arranging
meetings.
