Job Description

Position Overview:
We are seeking a dynamic and enthusiastic Parent Relationship Manager - Admissions to join our team. The incumbent will play a pivotal role in engaging with parents who visit our campus, providing them with detailed information about our school and its curriculum, and ultimately guiding them through the admissions process. The ideal candidate will possess excellent sales experience, persuasive communication skills, and a deep understanding of the education sector.
Responsibilities:
1. Parent Engagement: Engage with parents who visit our campus, warmly welcoming them and understanding their needs and preferences regarding their child's education.
2. Detailed Explanation: Provide comprehensive and detailed information about our school's ethos, programs, curriculum, extracurricular activities, facilities, and unique selling points.
3. Admissions Guidance: Guide parents through the admissions process, explaining requirements, procedures, deadlines, and necessary documentation.
4. Relationship Building: Build strong, positive relationships with parents, understanding their concerns, aspirations, and expectations regarding their child's education.
5. Sales and Persuasion: Utilize exceptional sales techniques and persuasive communication skills to effectively convey the value proposition of our school and influence parents decision-making process.
6. Follow-up: Follow up with prospective parents via phone calls, emails, or meetings to address any queries, provide additional information, and maintain ongoing communication throughout the admissions process.
7. Collaboration: Collaborate closely with the admissions team, school leadership, and other relevant stakeholders to ensure a seamless and efficient admissions process.
8. Market Intelligence: Stay informed about market trends, competitor offerings, and industry developments in the education sector to enhance our competitive positioning and adapt strategies accordingly.
Qualifications:
1. Bachelor's degree in Education, Marketing, Business Administration, or related field.
2. Minimum of 4-5 years of experience in the education sector, sales, or PR industry, with a proven track record of achieving sales targets and building strong client relationships.
3. Excellent verbal and written communication skills, with the ability to articulate complex information clearly and persuasively.
4. Strong interpersonal skills and the ability to connect with diverse audiences, including parents, students, and colleagues.
5. Exceptional organizational skills, with the ability to manage multiple tasks simultaneously and prioritize effectively in a fast-paced environment.
6. Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite and CRM software preferred.
7. A genuine passion for education and a commitment to providing exceptional service to parents and students.
8. Flexibility to work occasional evenings and weekends as required by the admissions schedule.
