Role and Responsibilities:
Prospecting and Lead Generation:
- Identify and research potential clients and brands interested across digital marketing servicing
- Auditing accounts across meta, google, SEO, Amazon, Flipkart, Blinkit etc., to identify gaps and opportunities for brands to be pitched
- Outreach to potential clients with strong data-backed proposition
- Develop a robust pipeline of leads through targeted outreach, networking, and industry events.
Client Relationship Management:
- Build and maintain strong client relationships, understanding their marketing objectives and needs.
- Collaborate with clients to develop customized marketplace strategies and proposals.
Sales and Pitching:
- Create persuasive and tailored pitches to secure new business.
- Present agency capabilities and digital marketing solutions to potential clients.
- Negotiate contracts and close deals, meeting or exceeding sales targets.
Market Research:
- Stay updated on industry trends, competitive landscape, and emerging marketing opportunities.
- Conduct market research to identify new niches and target demographics for partnerships.
Reporting and Analytics:
- Collaborate with the analytics team to provide clients with data-driven insights and performance reports.
- Use analytics to optimize Marketplace campaigns for clients and provide recommendations for improvement.
What are we looking for
- Minimum 4-5 years of relevant experience in digital marketing agency
- Bachelor's degree in Marketing, Business, or a related field (Master's degree is a plus).
- Proven experience in business development, sales, or account management, preferably within the digital marketing or marketplace space
- Strong understanding of marketplace trends and platforms.
- Exceptional communication, presentation, and negotiation skills.
- Ability to work independently and collaboratively within a team.
- Results-driven with a track record of meeting or exceeding sales targets.
- Strong analytical skills and the ability to use data to inform decision-making.
