Job Description

Role and Responsibilities:

Prospecting and Lead Generation:

  • Identify and research potential clients and brands interested across digital marketing servicing
  • Auditing accounts across meta, google, SEO, Amazon, Flipkart, Blinkit etc., to identify gaps and opportunities for brands to be pitched
  • Outreach to potential clients with strong data-backed proposition
  • Develop a robust pipeline of leads through targeted outreach, networking, and industry events.

Client Relationship Management:

  • Build and maintain strong client relationships, understanding their marketing objectives and needs.
  • Collaborate with clients to develop customized marketplace strategies and proposals.

Sales and Pitching:

  • Create persuasive and tailored pitches to secure new business.
  • Present agency capabilities and digital marketing solutions to potential clients.
  • Negotiate contracts and close deals, meeting or exceeding sales targets.

Market Research:

  • Stay updated on industry trends, competitive landscape, and emerging marketing opportunities.
  • Conduct market research to identify new niches and target demographics for partnerships.

Reporting and Analytics:

  • Collaborate with the analytics team to provide clients with data-driven insights and performance reports.
  • Use analytics to optimize Marketplace campaigns for clients and provide recommendations for improvement.

What are we looking for

  1. Minimum 4-5 years of relevant experience in digital marketing agency
  2. Bachelor's degree in Marketing, Business, or a related field (Master's degree is a plus).
  3. Proven experience in business development, sales, or account management, preferably within the digital marketing or marketplace space
  4. Strong understanding of marketplace trends and platforms.
  5. Exceptional communication, presentation, and negotiation skills.
  6. Ability to work independently and collaboratively within a team.
  7. Results-driven with a track record of meeting or exceeding sales targets.
  8. Strong analytical skills and the ability to use data to inform decision-making.
