Job Description

  • Lead and manage the sales teams across all verticals Mythical Park, set designing, and interior
  • designing ensuring they meet or exceed sales targets and objectives.
  • Develop and implement comprehensive sales strategies for each vertical, aligning them with the
  • company s overall business goals while considering the unique needs of each sector.
  • Monitor and analyze sales data from each vertical to identify trends, opportunities, and areas
  • for improvement, driving initiatives that increase revenue across the board.
  • Build and maintain strong relationships with key clients and partners, ensuring high levels of
  • satisfaction and repeat business.
  • Provide regular reports to senior management on sales performance, market trends, and team
  • productivity, along with recommendations for improvement.
  • Act as the escalation point for any major client issues or internal conflicts within the sales teams,
  • ensuring prompt and effective resolution.
  • Act as a liaison between the sales teams and other departments, such as marketing, finance,
  • and operations, to ensure cohesive strategies and effective communication.
  • Contribute to the company s long-term strategic planning by providing insights on market
  • trends, sales forecasts, and potential areas for growth
