Role Description

This is a full-time on-site role for a Business Development Manager at Stylish Bath. As a Business Development Manager, you will be responsible for identifying new business opportunities, building and maintaining client relationships as well as with architects and builders, conducting market research, and developing strategic plans to drive business growth. You will also be involved in negotiating and closing deals, as well as collaborating with internal teams to ensure customer satisfaction.

• Strong interpersonal and communication skills
• Ability to build and maintain client relationships
• Excellent negotiation and analytical skills
• Knowledge of market research and competitor analysis
• Ability to develop and implement strategic plans
• Self-motivated and target-driven
• Ability to work independently and collaboratively
• Relevant bachelor's degree or equivalent
• Previous experience in Kitchen and furniture segment of related field is a must.
