Job Description

Job Title: Business Development Manager

Experience: 2-4 years in Programmatic Monetisation

Location: Work From Home (WFH)

Education: Graduate / Postgraduate

Key Responsibilities:

Client Acquisition & Revenue Management:

l On-boarding Tier 1 clients for OTT platforms and websites.

l Manage client revenue through digital advertising solutions by selling digital inventory.

l Idea and implement new concepts to generate additional revenue while ensuring targets are met.

AdTech Knowledge & Operations:

l Basic understanding of handling ad servers and on-boarding demand partners.

l Provide market insights to the management for strategy building.

Client Interaction & Support:

l Regularly interact with clients, update them on product offerings, and manage engagement.

l Address client concerns promptly as the first point of contact.

l Ensure timely follow-ups with clients regarding product usage and upgradations.

Target Achievement:

l Achieve assigned sales targets within the designated timeline.

l Maintain records of all allocated tasks and report regularly.

Additional Responsibilities:

l Assist in strategic initiatives and other responsibilities as assigned.

Required Skills & Qualifications:

l Proven experience in the AdTech industry, specifically with video and banner ads.

l Strong communication skills, with a proactive approach to client interaction.

l A sound understanding of digital media sales, media strategy, and ad sales.

l Ability to meet targets and manage client relationships effectively.
