Job Summary:
We are looking for an experienced and dynamic Senior Business Development Manager to lead and expand our business development efforts. The ideal candidate will be responsible for driving growth, managing client relationships, and identifying new business opportunities. This role requires a strategic thinker with a proven track record of success in sales and business development.
Key Responsibilities:
- Lead business development efforts to meet company revenue goals and targets.
- Identify and pursue new business opportunities in the market, focusing on building long-term client relationships.
- Develop and execute business strategies to achieve growth objectives.
- Manage and mentor a team of Business Development Executives, ensuring performance and goal alignment.
- Work closely with internal teams, including marketing, research, and operations, to develop client-centric solutions.
- Prepare and deliver high-quality presentations and proposals to potential clients.
- Negotiate and close deals with key decision-makers and manage contract negotiations.
- Monitor market trends, competitor activities, and industry developments to inform business strategies.
- Maintain strong relationships with existing clients to identify opportunities for upselling and cross-selling.
- Report to senior management on business performance, client acquisition, and revenue growth.
Qualifications and Skills Required:
- Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Marketing, or a related field (MBA preferred).
- Minimum 5 years of experience in business development, preferably in digital marketing, market research, consulting, or related industries.
- Proven track record of meeting or exceeding sales targets and business growth.
- Strong leadership and team management skills.
- Excellent communication, presentation, and negotiation skills.
- Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and manage multiple projects simultaneously.
- Strong analytical and problem-solving abilities.
- Knowledge of market research, data analysis, and industry trends is an advantage.
