Key Roles and Responsibilities:
Generating leads for newbusinessdevelopment
Develop and maintain tie-ups with industry-specific organizations for building new alliances.
Identifying right clients across the industry.
Sending proposals through e-mailers, letters, working on presentations while pitching new client.
Achieving revenue targets.
Preparing client contracts

Management / Marketing Graduate / Architect
Experience required:
Individual Contributor : 5-7 years in Sales/Pre Sales with minimum 1-2 years experience with an Architect Firm/ Real estate firm / Property consultant firm, catering to commercial premises
