JOB ROLE:

1. Conduct on-field research to discover assets/properties available for sale/lease

2. Work on tele calling to fix up meetings with property owners

3. Conduct meetings with property owners to generate complete details of the property

4. Work on first-hand negotiations on commercial expectations with owners

5. Create databases and presentations that can be shared with clients

Skills & Requirements:

1. 12th pass (compulsory)

2. Pursuing/Pursued graduation/master's (compulsory)

3. Good communication skills (Hindi and English)

4. Two-wheeler compulsory

5. Laptop is compulsory

NOTE:

1. Travel reimbursements will be provided

2. Training will be provided on understanding the subject matter related to hotels, banquets, resorts, and commercial assets.
