Roles and Responsibilities:
- Not only focus on lead generation but also on making sales and achieving revenue targets.
- Drive revenue growth by bringing in new clients and projects in software development, technology development (robotics, drones, electronics), and related fields.
- Actively pursue business development opportunities and ensure sales targets are met.
- Build and maintain strong client relationships to ensure continuous business growth.
- Develop and execute strategies to expand Starkin Solutions services in both local and international markets.
- Attend client meetings, pitch services, and close deals to generate revenue.
- Work closely with internal teams to ensure smooth delivery of services to clients.
Requirements:
- Proven work experience in business development, especially in the software, robotics, electronics, or related technology sectors.
- Ability to generate leads and convert them into successful sales, focusing on revenue generation.
- Strong communication and negotiation skills in Telugu, Hindi, and English.
- Self-driven and results-oriented, with the ability to work under pressure and meet targets.
- Experience in managing client relationships and growing business in both domestic and international markets.
- Ability to understand and pitch Starkin Solutions range of services, including software and technology development.
