You Will Be Responsible For
- Build strong engagement and relationship with end users, sales team, founders and partners.
- Propose solutions to clients with a strong ROI (Return on Investment) quantified, cost estimation to be scientific and templatized.
- Lead the tender submission process, ensuring timely and accurate responses to RFPs and RFQs.
- Stakeholder management at the client organization, working closely with procurement and finance teams of client organizations for purchase orders and payments.
- Lead generation, use of tools to manage pipeline and update status. Forecasting for new solutions, projects, renewals and refresh opportunities
- Responsible for achieving & exceeding sales targets for the company across product lines.
- Expand and develop the sales team, and distributed presence across India.
- Extensively use LinkedIn, Upwork, Facebook and other social and internet-based platforms for prospect generation.
- Create presentations on Solutions, case studies, and collaterals. Provide inputs to the marketing team for Product positioning.
- Negotiate contracts and agreements with clients, ensuring favourable terms for both parties.
What You Bring To The Table
- 3-5 years of experience in Sales/Business Development that has required carrying targets travel to field locations, cost estimation, sales closure and repeat sales.
- Proven track record of successfully winning tenders and driving sales growth.
- Exposure to technologies such as mobile apps, cloud solutions etc.
- Ability to organize and conduct CXO Level Meetings at client organizations.
- With a focus on process, all activities need to be documented electronically and can be accessed by the management at any point in time.
- Sales experience in finance, real estate or manufacturing products will be an added advantage.
- Result-oriented and action-driven
