Role Description

This is a full-time role for a Business Development Manager at Sree Kumar Infrastructure. The Business Development Manager will be responsible for identifying and pursuing new business opportunities, building and maintaining relationships with clients, conducting market research, developing sales strategies, and collaborating with internal teams to achieve business growth. This is an on-site role based in Chennai.

Qualifications

• Knowledge of real estate industry trends and practices
• Track record of achieving sales targets
• Ability to work independently and as part of a team
• Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Marketing, or a related field
• Experience in the real estate industry is preferred

Salary package : 2,40,000 to 4,20,000 LPA
