Splat Studio is seeking a dynamic and motivatedBusiness Development Managerto join our team. The ideal candidate will have a passion for identifying and securing new business opportunities, nurturing client relationships, and driving growth in a collaborative and innovative environment.
Key Responsibilities:
- Identify and pursue new business opportunities to achieve revenue targets and expand the client base.
- Develop and implement strategic business development plans aligned with the studio's goals and objectives.
- Conduct thorough market and competitor research to identify trends, opportunities, and insights for business growth.
- Build and maintain strong relationships with clients to ensure satisfaction, drive repeat business, and foster long-term partnerships.
- Create compelling client pitch decks and presentations using Microsoft PowerPoint, tailored to potential clients needs and objectives.
- Manage client interactions, including acquisition, follow-ups, and conversions, ensuring a seamless experience.
- Collaborate with internal teams, including creative and marketing, to develop and deliver innovative solutions for clients.
- Negotiate contracts and agreements with clients, ensuring mutually beneficial terms and conditions.
- Track and report on business development activities, results, and progress to senior management.
- Represent the studio at industry events, conferences, and networking opportunities to promote services and brand awareness.
- Facilitate internal communication and coordination to ensure alignment across teams for client deliverables.
Qualifications:
- Educational Background: Bachelor's degree in Business, Marketing, Communications, or a related field.
- Experience: Minimum of 2 years in business development, preferably within the creative industry, with a proven track record of achieving and exceeding sales targets.
Skills & Competencies:
- Proficiency in Microsoft PowerPoint for creating professional pitch decks and presentations.
- Strong analytical skills for conducting competitor research and market analysis.
- Excellent interpersonal skills for client interaction, negotiation, and follow-ups.
- Effective internal communication and coordination abilities.
- Exceptional organizational and time-management skills.
