Job Description:

We are looking for a dynamic and results-driven Business Development Manager to join our team, specializing in products such as Bulk SMS, IVR, and WhatsApp bridge in the telecommunication and digital marketing sectors. The ideal candidate can be have up to 1-2 years of experience and will be responsible for driving business growth, building client relationships, and promoting our digital marketing Products.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Lead Generation: Identify and pursue new business opportunities in the telecommunication, digital marketing, and graphic design sectors.
  • Client Engagement: Establish and maintain strong relationships with potential and existing clients to understand their needs and offer appropriate solutions.
  • Product Promotion: Promote and sell Bulk SMS, IVR, and WhatsApp bridge products, along with digital marketing and graphic design services.
  • Market Research: Conduct market research to identify trends, customer needs, and competitive landscape to inform business strategies.
  • Sales Strategy: Develop and implement effective sales strategies to achieve business targets.
  • Presentations and Proposals: Prepare and deliver compelling presentations and proposals to potential clients.
  • Collaboration: Work closely with the marketing and design teams to ensure cohesive and effective promotional activities.
  • Reporting: Provide regular reports on sales activities, performance metrics, and market insights to the management team.

  • Qualifications:

    • Any Graduate.
    • 1-3 years of experience in business development, sales, or a related field.
    • Strong understanding of telecommunication and digital marketing products and services.
    • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
    • Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
    • Strong organizational and time-management skills.
    • Proficiency in MS Office and CRM software.

    Preferred Attributes:

    • Proven track record in sales or business development.
    • Knowledge of Bulk SMS, IVR, and WhatsApp bridge technologies.
    • Familiarity with graphic design principles and tools.
    • Creative thinking and problem-solving abilities.
    • Ability to thrive in a fast-paced and target-driven environment.
