Job Description

The ideal candidate will lead initiatives to generate and engage with clients to build new business for the company. This candidate will be focused and have strong communication skills. Must have experience in B2B sales, corporate Sales

Responsibilities

  • Identify partnership opportunities: Visiting Colleges, and companies for Training and recruitment
  • generate new assignments, Direct sales with College management, corporate HOD, HR and admins
  • Training, enrollments, and recruitment with colleges.
  • Visit 20 colleges in a month

Qualifications

  • Bachelor's degree or equivalent experience
  • 3 - 4 years prior education industry-related business development experience
  • Strong communication and interpersonal skills
  • Proven knowledge and execution of successful development strategies
  • Direct Sales Expeincec, B2B Sales

Remuneration: fixed Salary 25k per month + conveyance + Incentive of 10% above the minimum Target of the month.
