We are looking for a graduate smart candidate for Chennai location to handle the business development functionalities and marketing activities with full commitment.

Roles & Responsibilities:

• Has to generate leads by cold calling as well by direct market visits.
• Giving presentations of assigned services and making leads into sales conversion.
• Following up positive leads in timely manner to engage the business development process on.
• Industry / Client Analysis (and intelligence building)
• Client Relationship and developing new relationships
• Cold calling and client visits, identifying decision makers, and working through the sales process to close business
• Account Performance and Business Growth Management

Industry: Staffing ,Skill Development& Recruiting

1 to 3 years exp in Recruitment & staffing company is must.

Knowledge of NAPS/NATS and Govt / Visit to clients/Revenue generation.
