Job Description

About the Role:

This primary role of TLFM is to ensure the Demand Generation programs focused on target End users are conducted through the FS in branches as per plan and drive effectiveness and improve efficiency of investment in Field Marketing. This role will report to ZM(FM) at the Zones/Region. The field marketing plans will be executed by implementing Enablers (including Loyalty programs), training the team and constant visit to End users in the assigned geography and timely review of execution as per plans.

As Sintex is setting up a structured approach to generating Demand through Field Marketing, ZMFM will play critical role in this process.

Responsibilities:

  • FM Planning Quarterly Market development Plan
  • Ensure development of Quarterly MDPs at TL (FM) and at a FS cluster level basis input from HOFM and ZM/BM
  • Responsible for communication on aligned MDP plans with ZM(FM), FS
  • Ensure delivery of Quarterly MDPs as per plans and within budgets through the TL (FM), FS
  • End User Connect:
  • Understanding of End Users / Key Influencers of the product line with key attributes what the end user is influenced / looks for in the product line
  • Understand the end users to develop meaningful segmentation so that relevant program and modules can be developed and rolled out for the relevant segment
  • Continuous research & insighting for refinement of modules, product offering and communication
  • Responsible for systematic creation of End User database and ensure sufficiency (where sufficiency is measured with respect to End user norms at a town level) in all relevant towns, mapped to relevant dealer set in FM system as per business guidelines
  • FM Operations review:
  • Basis agreed Review points (Plan Vs Actual) - Review Execution of Quarterly FM Activities Vs MDP with FS
  • TL(FM) will review their performance against plan with ZM of the zone and HOFM
  • Feedback Management:
  • Ensure sourcing of Feedback as per Structured Feedback process and synthesis them and share with HOFM for further action planning and closure
  • Inputs to HOFM
  • Will provide specific, high-quality feedback to HOFM on the following basis interactions with TL/FS, End user connects and market visits by self
  • IT system Loyalty, Field Marketing systems
  • Field Marketing processes
  • Support required from HO team on conducting effective field marketing programs
  • Training:
  • Training and development of the FS o on execution of Market development activities on the job o how to capture high quality feedback from FM meets and timely processing and sharing with HOFM in a timely manner

Any Graduate (Full Time)
