- Required skill to demonstrates the ability to work well with people, both internally and with the external customers. Strong organizational, administrative and management skills.
- Responsible for recruitment for Topline recruitments. Ensuring that client requirements / specifications are communicated to and understood by the Recruitment team.
- Design and establish hiring plans (include right mix of sourcing and selection methodologies) that determine cost, productivity, and timeliness of deliverables accounting for risk, manpower and market changes for hiring at Bangalore.
- Define and implement a consistent Recruitment and Selection service delivery vision, and model/strategy, creating competitive advantage through effective and efficient Talent acquisition mechanisms.
- Craft employee value proposition and be a key driver as needed to maintain preferred employer status in a tight employment market to attract and retain best talent, across diverse (as well as evolving) Business and Role requirements.
- Understand the client / management requirements and accordingly build MIS to track, analyse and improve hiring efforts.
- Ensuring control and compliance mechanism on all recruitment related activities
- Partner with HR Generalists/Specialists on special initiatives, as required from time to time especially in the Talent Management arena and building retention programs.
- Should has knowledge of oversaw the full end-to-end process, from lead generation, Proof of Concepts, onboarding, and ongoing management for clients.
- Strategic Acquisitions: Established and nurtured strategic relations and partnerships with key clients, contributing to overall business growth.
- Should be capable of collaborating with cross-functional teams, including product development and customer support, to ensure seamless service delivery and customer satisfaction. DESIRED CANDIDATE PROFILE
- Exposure and understanding of Recruitment function and market dynamics.
- Should have worked with clients above 1000 to 2,00,000+ employees advantage.
- Ability to work in challenging business / market environment with aggressive targets / stringent timelines.
- Overall Experience should be min 5-10 Years of relevant experience in Health Care /BFSI/Pharmaceutical/ Semiconductor/EV Industries Recruitment Domain for non IT Requirements.
- Any ATS Tools experience is mandate.
