Job Description

Job Title: Business Head - Fintech

Company: Sambhavpay Payments Solutions

Location: Gurgaon, India

Salary Range: 6-8 lakh per annum (based on Relevant experience)

Job Description:

Sambhavpay Payments Solutions, a leading fintech company specializing in digital payment solutions, is seeking a talented and experienced Business Head to join our team in Gurgaon. As the Business Head, you will be responsible for overseeing and driving the growth of our payment products, including Payment Gateway, DMT, AEPS, and BBPS. You will also play a key role in establishing and nurturing relationships with banking partners.

Responsibilities:

Develop and execute business strategies to drive growth, revenue, and market penetration in the fintech industry.

Identify and pursue new business opportunities, partnerships, and collaborations to expand our product offerings and market reach.

Lead and manage a high-performing sales team, providing guidance, support, and training to achieve sales targets and objectives.

Cultivate and maintain strong relationships with banking partners, ensuring smooth integration and cooperation.

Stay updated with industry trends, competitor analysis, and market dynamics to identify potential areas for innovation and differentiation.

Monitor and analyse key performance indicators (KPIs) to assess product performance and identify areas for improvement.

Collaborate with cross-functional teams, including product development, marketing, and operations, to ensure seamless product launches and customer satisfaction.

Conduct market research and gather customer feedback to drive product enhancements and improvements.

Represent the company at industry events, conferences, and networking opportunities to build brand awareness and generate new business leads.

Requirements:

Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Finance, or a related field. MBA preferred.

Relevant 5 minimum years experience in the fintech industry, specifically in payment solutions, with a strong understanding of Payment Gateway, DMT, AEPS, and BBPS.

Demonstrated track record of achieving sales targets and driving business growth.

Solid experience in building and maintaining relationships with banking partners and other stakeholders.

Strong leadership skills with the ability to motivate and inspire a sales team.

Excellent communication, negotiation, and presentation skills.

Analytical mindset with the ability to leverage data and market insights for strategic decision-making.

Entrepreneurial mindset, with a focus on innovation and continuous improvement.

Ability to thrive in a fast-paced and dynamic work environment.
