Job Description

  • As a Business Development Manager in the BPO sector, you will play a pivotal role in driving growth, expanding market presence, and forging strategic partnerships for our organization
  • You will be responsible for identifying and pursuing business opportunities, building strong relationships with clients, and ensuring the successful acquisition of new accounts
  • Your proactive approach, industry knowledge, and exceptional communication skills will contribute to our continued success and market leadership
Responsibilities:
  1. Market Research and Strategy:
    • Conduct thorough market research to identify potential clients, industry trends, and competitive landscape.
    • Develop and implement effective business development strategies to target key sectors and regions.
    • Analyze market data to identify emerging opportunities and refine the companys value proposition.
  2. Lead Generation and Conversion:
    • Identify and qualify leads through various channels, including networking, referrals, cold calling, and online platforms.
    • Initiate contact with prospective clients, present the companys services, and tailor solutions to meet their specific needs.
    • Create compelling proposals, presentations, and pitches to secure new business deals.
  3. Relationship Building:
    • Cultivate and maintain strong relationships with existing clients, understanding their evolving requirements and addressing their concerns.
    • Establish rapport with decision-makers, key stakeholders, and influencers to position the company as a trusted BPO partner.
  4. Sales and Revenue Generation:
    • Achieve or exceed sales targets by consistently closing deals and expanding the client portfolio.
    • Negotiate terms, pricing, and contracts to ensure mutually beneficial agreements.
    • Continuously monitor sales performance, identify areas for improvement, and implement corrective measures.
  5. Collaboration and Cross-functional Coordination:
    • Work closely with internal teams (operations, marketing, finance) to ensure seamless client onboarding and project execution.
    • Provide feedback on market trends, client needs, and competitive insights to contribute to service enhancements and innovation.
  6. Market Intelligence and Reporting:
    • Stay abreast of industry developments, regulatory changes, and emerging technologies affecting the BPO sector.
    • Prepare regular reports, forecasts, and updates on business development activities, outcomes, and pipeline.
Qualifications:
  • Bachelors degree in Business, Marketing, or a related field (Masters degree preferred).
  • Proven track record in business development within the BPO or related industry.
  • Strong understanding of BPO services, market dynamics, and client requirements.
  • Excellent communication, negotiation, and presentation skills.
  • Ability to build and maintain relationships at all levels of the organization.
  • Result-oriented mindset with a demonstrated ability to meet and exceed sales targets.
  • Proficiency in CRM software, Microsoft Office Suite, and sales analytics tools.
  • Flexibility to travel as needed for client meetings and industry events.
