Lead Generation and Conversion:
Identify and qualify leads through various channels, including networking, referrals, cold calling, and online platforms.
Initiate contact with prospective clients, present the companys services, and tailor solutions to meet their specific needs.
Create compelling proposals, presentations, and pitches to secure new business deals.
Relationship Building:
Cultivate and maintain strong relationships with existing clients, understanding their evolving requirements and addressing their concerns.
Establish rapport with decision-makers, key stakeholders, and influencers to position the company as a trusted BPO partner.
Sales and Revenue Generation:
Achieve or exceed sales targets by consistently closing deals and expanding the client portfolio.
Negotiate terms, pricing, and contracts to ensure mutually beneficial agreements.
Continuously monitor sales performance, identify areas for improvement, and implement corrective measures.
Collaboration and Cross-functional Coordination:
Work closely with internal teams (operations, marketing, finance) to ensure seamless client onboarding and project execution.

Market Intelligence and Reporting:

Qualifications:
Bachelors degree in Business, Marketing, or a related field (Masters degree preferred).
Proven track record in business development within the BPO or related industry.
Strong understanding of BPO services, market dynamics, and client requirements.
Excellent communication, negotiation, and presentation skills.
Ability to build and maintain relationships at all levels of the organization.
