Job Description

  • Achieve sales and profitability goals as established by the Head of Sales and Business Development.
  • Identifies, qualifies, and develops opportunities for new business.
  • Provide regular activity and sales reports to the head of Sales.
  • Secure new sales, increases profit margins and drives higher levels of customer satisfaction through regular contact with existing accounts.
  • Meet and exceed overall sales revenue and profitability for air & ocean business as per goals set forth by management.
  • Contribute to the development and administration of sales team
  • Schedule and conduct regular sales and customer service meetings (both internal and external).
  • Negotiate with clients and prepare / manage rate quotations, proposals, and other sales materials.
  • Person should have at least 3 or more year of Experience in Sales.
  • Continually improve knowledge of and increase the scope of all the Company services.
  • Be a positive, professional role model for all team members throughout the organization.

Clearly understand and help ensure compliance with all Company procedures and policies
