Objective:
The Business Development Manager at Cloud 9 Digital will be responsible for driving business growth by developing new leads and relationships, and nurturing existing client relationships to maximize business opportunities in the digital marketing and web design sectors.
Key Responsibilities:
- Identify and develop new business opportunities with potential clients across various industries to expand the client base for our digital marketing and web design services.
- Understand the unique advertising needs of each client and propose tailored digital marketing strategies focusing on Meta Ads and Google Ads, along with responsive and conversion-optimized web design solutions.
- Maintain robust relationships with existing clients, ensuring their needs are met and exploring opportunities for upselling or cross-selling services.
- Work closely with the marketing and sales teams to create and implement strategic sales plans that expand the company's customer base and solidify its presence in the market.
- Prepare and deliver presentations and proposals to clients and stakeholders.
Required Skills and Qualifications:
- Proven experience in sales or business development, preferably in digital marketing or a related field.
- Strong understanding of digital marketing services, including SEO, PPC, Social Media Marketing, and web design.
- Excellent communication, negotiation, and interpersonal skills.
- Ability to deliver engaging presentations.
- Strong analytical skills to identify trends and challenges.
