Education: Mechanical or Mining Engineering (Mining engineers with software knowledge preferred).

Languages: Proficiency in the local language is an advantage.

Key Responsibilities:

• Pipeline Development: Leverage available tools to identify, nurture, and maintain a robust sales pipeline.
• Customer Engagement: Develop a deep understanding of Cognecto's SaaS solutions to effectively present and demonstrate value to customers.
• Product Input: Actively gather customer feedback and provide actionable insights to the product team to improve offerings.
• Account Management: Manage existing customer accounts, ensure customer satisfaction, and work to expand the customer base.
• Client Relationships: Build and sustain strong relationships with key decision-makers in the mining and construction sectors.
• Business Growth: Identify new opportunities and develop strategies to convert leads into long-term customers.
