Roles and Responsibilites
- Collaborates with other branch and district managers to set reasonable sales and/or retail goals.
- Conducts regular staff meetings to ensure that goals and objectives are clearly communicated with branch staff; provides guidance and leadership to enable staff to meet these goals and objectives.
- Maintains and develops positive relationships with existing and prospective clients, local network of hospitals, garages, and insurance companies.
- Increase branch footfall and presence along with demonstrating excellent customer service and setting an example for other staff.
- Participates in community activities to promote the organization and to build goodwill.
- Initiates Branch Engagement and marketing activities and growth campaigns.
- Performs other related duties as assigned.
Must Have
Direct sales / Agency sales background.
- BM should have marketing knowledge and have plans to execute the same.
- Should have good customer Interaction and Customer Service skill.
- Minimum 3 Years of insurance sales experience.
- Candidate should be stable and in the last organization, he/she should have worked for minimum 1 year.
- Age should be less than 38, Graduation is mandatory.
- Insurance sales experience in Health & Life Insurance (Direct or Agency) and Years of Insurance sales Experience(At least 3 Years).
- Experience of Lead Generation From Open market and Local Network Or connections
- Marketing activity Experience and Customer Service & claim Settlement experience.
- Local language is must.
- NOTE - Background Verification will be done once the candidate submits the documents, so only genuine candidates should be sent.
- Candidate's current CTC should not be more than 5 LPA.
- 60% experience in health insurance or 60% in life insurance (don't consider for motor insurance).
- Must have experience in direct channel.
