The Business Development Manager is responsible for leading the business development team and formulating strategies to identify and capitalize on new business opportunities, foster strong client relationships, and drive revenue growth for the company in the Mumbai market. This role requires in-depth knowledge of the local market and industry trends.
The Role
You Will Be Responsible For
- Designing business plans in line with Company's strategy and objectives.
- Working with various stakeholders to ensure business plans are effectively rolled out.
- Driving business efficiency and profitability by identifying and implementing process improvements to optimise performance wherever possible.
- Managing a team of 6-10 people.
Ideal Profile
- You have at least 1 year experience ideally in Brand Marketing / Brand Manager or Business Manager / Chief of Staff within Aviation, Transport & Logistics industry.
- You have a solid prior experience within Sales.
- You possess excellent communication and business-facing skills, are organised and able to multitask effectively.
- You have working knowledge of customer relationship and Logistics.
- Experience within would be a strong advantage.
- You are a strong networker & relationship builder
- You are a strong team player who can manage multiple stakeholders
- You are adaptable and thrive in changing environments
- You are willing to undertake 30-60% travel.
