Responsibilities
- Generate inquiries and close transactions for recruitment and finance business consulting.
- Handle presales activities, including lead generation through market research, cold calling, LinkedIn, and online data.
- Maintain regular communication with potential clients to develop synergy and foster relationships.
- Prepare and share presentations/proposals with potential clients according to their requirements.
- Elaborate on the terms of hiring and ensure clarity throughout the process.
- Guide the activities and operations of the sourcing team to ensure revenue goals are achieved.
- Maintain a database of potential clients for future engagement.
Desired Candidate
- MBA qualification.
- Interest in B2B/corporate sales.
- Candidates from the consulting or recruitment industry will be preferable.
- Proficiency in MS Office, including PowerPoint, Excel, and Word.
- Proactive and street-smart individual.
- Ideally based in Gurgaon.

Ideal Profile
- You have at least 1 year experience within a B2B Sales / Account Executive role, ideally within the the Accounting Industry and IT Services industry.
- You possess excellent interpersonal as well as written and verbal communication skills.
- You have working knowledge of B2B Business management, MBA, Corporate sale, MS excel, power point, very good communication and Ms Office, Ms word.
- You are a strong team player who can manage multiple stakeholders
