Property Acquisition Business Development Manager

Store rollout & execution - PAN India

Legal documentation - Knowledge of local property laws and regulations.

Project & Vendor Management

Responsible for Monthly and Annual Rollout / Project plans.

Strong understanding of real estate market trends, property valuation, and financial analysis.

Excellent negotiation, communication, and interpersonal skills.

Ability to work independently and as part of a team.

Qualification: B.E / Diploma (Civil )

Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Real Estate, Finance, or a related field. A Masters degree is a plus.

Experience: 7 years plus in property acquisition, business development, or a related field.

Working Conditions:

Full-time

It may require travel to various property sites and industry events.
