Job Description

We are seeking a seasoned RPA Services Business Development Manager with a minimum of 6 years of experience in driving business growth through the development of Robotic Process Automation (RPA) services opportunities. As the RPA Services Business Development Manager at Robotiqs AI, you will lead our efforts in expanding our RPA services footprint, forging strategic partnerships, and delivering innovative solutions to our clients.

Responsibilities:
  1. Develop and execute a comprehensive business development strategy to identify and secure new RPA services opportunities, driving revenue growth and market expansion.
  2. Build and cultivate relationships with key decision-makers, stakeholders, and influencers within target industries to position our RPA services as solutions to their business challenges.
  3. Identify and qualify potential clients through market research, networking, and targeted outreach efforts.
  4. Lead the end-to-end sales process, from initial contact and needs assessment to proposal development, negotiation, and contract signing.
  5. Collaborate closely with the solutions and delivery teams to ensure the successful alignment of client requirements with our RPA services offerings.
  6. Create and deliver persuasive sales presentations, proposals, and value propositions that effectively communicate the benefits of our RPA services.
  7. Stay up-to-date on industry trends, competitive intelligence, and emerging technologies to drive innovation and differentiation in our offerings.
  8. Maintain accurate and up-to-date records of sales activities, opportunities, and client interactions in CRM tools.
  9. Provide mentorship and guidance to the sales team, fostering a collaborative and results-driven sales culture.
  10. Participate in industry events, conferences, and trade shows to promote our RPA services and expand our client base.
Qualifications:
  1. Bachelor s degree in Business, Marketing, or a related field; MBA is a plus.
  2. Minimum of 6 years of successful experience in business development, sales, or account management within the RPA or technology services sector.
  3. Proven track record of consistently meeting or exceeding business development targets and driving revenue growth.
  4. Strong understanding of the RPA landscape, market trends, and competitive dynamics.
  5. Exceptional interpersonal and relationship-building skills, with the ability to engage with clients at all levels.
  6. Excellent communication skills, both written and verbal, with the ability to convey technical concepts and solutions.
  7. Strategic mindset with the ability to develop and execute targeted business development plans.
  8. Leadership experience, including the ability to guide and mentor a sales team.
  9. Proficiency in using CRM software and sales analytics tools to manage and track sales activities.
  10. Willingness to travel as required to meet with clients and attend industry events.
