Job Summary
We are seeking a highly motivated and results-driven Growth Manager to join our team. The ideal candidate will be responsible for generating leads and closing deals with schools
interested in setting up a Robotics Lab. The successful candidate
should have excellent communication skills, be highly persuasive, and
able to work well in a team environment.
Key Responsibilities
Generate leads through both in-person visits and virtual meetings
Pitch the Robotics Lab product to schools and explain its benefits
to decision-makers
Build and maintain relationships with school decision-makers
Provide demonstrations of the Robotics Lab product to interested
schools
Collaborate with the marketing team to develop new pitches and
strategies to improve conversion rates
Maintain accurate records of leads, appointments, and outcomes in
our CRM system
Follow up with schools to ensure that they have all the information
they need to make a decision
Negotiate and close deals with schools to set up Robotics Lab
Qualifications
Proven experience as a BDM,
preferably in a school or education-related setting
Excellent communication skills, both verbal and written
Highly persuasive with the ability to influence decision-makers
Ability to work well in a team environment
Highly organized with the ability to manage multiple tasks
simultaneously
Proficient in using a CRM system to manage leads and customer
information
Goal-oriented with a proven ability to meet and exceed targets
Comfortable working with numbers and analyzing data to measure
performance
