Job Description

  • Generating/working on new leads Handling Sales in the Real Estate domain connecting clients, briefing them about projects understanding their requirement.
  • Regular Site visits and follow-up with prospective clients.
  • Understand the core values of the company and its goals.
  • Research the market and related products for possible business opportunities.
  • Present the product favourably and in a structured professional way face to face.
  • Create a network of channel partners in the designated area and establish relationships with them
  • Maintain and Develop relationships with channel partners in person and via telephone calls and e-mails.
  • Respond to incoming e-mail and Phone enquiries.
  • Act as a contact between our company and its existing and potential markets.
  • Overall responsibility for Sales/Account Management/Sales targets to maximise revenue and meet targets.
  • Negotiate the terms of an agreement and close deals.
  • Challenge any objections with a view to getting the customer to buy.
  • Comparing properties in the same area and deriving a comparison thereof.
  • Suggesting properties with USPs to buyer and resolving their queries.
  • Responsible for Sales and Marketing activities for specific Project(s).
  • Building Client Relationships and coaching New Team Members
Requirements/Skills:
  • Experience or willingness to work in Real Estate sales (Residential / Commercial projects)
  • Strategic thinking and data-driven decision making
  • Ability to engage and collaborate with others
  • Commitment to providing the best customer service
  • Proactive mindset, with a strong orientation to drive business results in an agile manner
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, pleasing personality, target-oriented person.
