Generating/working on new leads Handling Sales in the Real Estate domain connecting clients, briefing them about projects understanding their requirement.
Regular Site visits and follow-up with prospective clients.
Understand the core values of the company and its goals.
Research the market and related products for possible business opportunities.
Present the product favourably and in a structured professional way face to face.
Create a network of channel partners in the designated area and establish relationships with them
Maintain and Develop relationships with channel partners in person and via telephone calls and e-mails.
Respond to incoming e-mail and Phone enquiries.
Act as a contact between our company and its existing and potential markets.
Overall responsibility for Sales/Account Management/Sales targets to maximise revenue and meet targets.
Negotiate the terms of an agreement and close deals.
Challenge any objections with a view to getting the customer to buy.
Comparing properties in the same area and deriving a comparison thereof.
Suggesting properties with USPs to buyer and resolving their queries.
Responsible for Sales and Marketing activities for specific Project(s).
Building Client Relationships and coaching New Team Members
