Key Responsibilities:

Content Acquisition & Relationship Management: Cultivate and expand our client base by proactively identifying and engaging potential clients within the film, music, and event industries. Foster strong relationships with existing clients, ensuring their satisfaction and continued business.

Studio Operations Management: Oversee the daily operations of Re n Raga Recording Studio, guaranteeing seamless recording sessions and exceeding client expectations.

Strategic Collaboration: Partner effectively with the Social Media Team to leverage social media engagement for lead generation and client relationships. Identify innovative digital marketing strategies to amplify brand reach and attract new business.

Operational Excellence: Ensure smooth administrative processes by coordinating with clients, instructing relevant departments, and managing administrative tasks with attention to detail.

Communication & Documentation: Create business proposals and professional email correspondence. Draft concise and informative reports for the founder.

Data Administration: Maintain accurate and up-to-date client and project information within designated databases.

Collaborative Support: Provide valuable assistance to the Founder and Creative Team, proactively anticipating their needs and contributing to their success.

Additional Assets:

Experience within the music industry ,film, event management, or media sector.

A demonstrably successful record in business development and marketing initiatives.

Proven ability to secure brand deals and revenue-generating projects.
