Role Description

This is a full-time on-site role for a Business Development Manager at Ranson Civil Technologies Pvt Limited. The Business Development Manager will be responsible for identifying new business opportunities, building client relationships, and developing and implementing growth strategies.

Qualifications

• Business Development, Sales, and Client Relationship Management skills
• Strategic Planning and Negotiation skills
• Market Research and Analysis skills
• Excellent written and verbal communication skills
• Ability to work independently and collaboratively
• Experience in the construction industry is a plus
• Bachelor's degree /Diploma in Civil Engg , Business Administration, Marketing, or related field
• Minimum 10 years of domain expertise in relevant area.
