Role Description

This is a full-time on-site role for a Business Development Manager at Quba Homes in Gurugram. The Business Development Manager will be responsible for identifying new business opportunities, building client relationships, negotiating and closing deals, and developing growth strategies for the company.

Qualifications

• Strong sales and negotiation skills
• Experience in business development and client relationship management in the furniture industry
• Ability to develop and implement growth strategies
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
• Knowledge of the real estate industry is a plus
• Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Marketing, Sales, or related field
