You will be responsible for :
Implementing sales & marketing strategies
Collecting customer feedback and market research by being on the ground and getting to the core of the Transport industry, it's trending issues, competition mapping and putting that into sales strategy
Managing the portfolio of clients as per Company Standards & have account management responsibilities too with QBR (Quarterly Business Review)
Generating reports for the effectiveness of the marketing and sales plan
Conducting market research with on field research and surveys to developing new marketing strategies, products, services in line with market demand.
Engaging in superior customer service by making information readily available to other departments like operations, technology and support
Demonstrating products and services as deemed necessary by clients and management
Scheduling appointments and meetings as necessary to be on the field all the time
Product Presentation and follow up with clients for business expansion
Making product knowledge readily available to self and other salespeople through various resources & forums like LinkedIn, Share slide, etc..
Creating a plan for gaining customers and retaining them with hardcore sales numbers
Analysing and creating a plan for engaging the target market with on-field presence by yourself and making management aware of the same
Analysing the competition to create a plan for the engagement, increase revenue and get on hunting the sales number, hardcore field sales way
Making product appeal to the target market by giving inputs as to what the product needs to be and what is the demand as you would be torchbearer to guide the other team in the company
