Develop, execute, and oversee a growth strategy with the values and principles of the organisation.
Maintain positive professional relationships with clients
Monitor and improve sales revenue on monthly basis.
Track all business-related invoices and ensure timely payments by clients.
Conduct research to identify new markets and customer needs for potential new geographical expansion.
Reach out to prospective clients and organise meetings with them.
Promote the organisations products/services addressing requirements of existing and prospective clients.
Plan to increase market visibility through marketing initiatives & brand building using various platforms (Digital/ media/ camps)
Prepare sales contract ensuring adherence to law-established rules and guidelines in coordination with the legal experts.
Review feedback and improve customer satisfaction scores on a regular basis.
Maintain records of clients, sales, invoice, revenue etc.
Capacity building and training of the sales team reporting to the position.
Interdepartmental coordination to achieve high customer satisfaction and timely addressing customer needs.
Qualification & Skills Bachelor in business administration, marketing or finance
Proven minimum 5 years working experience as a business development manager, sales manager or a relevant role
Experience in customer support is a plus
Proficiency in MS Office and CRM software (e.g. Salesforce)
Proficiency in English
Excellent communication and negotiation skills
