We are seeking an experienced and dynamic Business Development Manager with in-depth knowledge of medical devices and surgical instruments
The ideal candidate will play a pivotal role in expanding our market presence by engaging with key decision-makers in various sectors, including pharmaceutical companies, e-commerce platforms, home healthcare, corporate entities, rehab centers, and sports centers
The candidate will be responsible for promoting our range of medical products and services, achieving sales targets, and managing multiple projects simultaneously
Key Responsibilities
Client Engagement:
Identify and engage with key decision-makers, including CEOs, COOs, CFOs, CPOs, and CTOs, to promote our medical products and services.
Establish and maintain strong relationships with clients in pharmaceuticals, e-commerce, home healthcare, corporate, rehab centers, and sports centers.
Sales and Business Development:
Achieve sales targets and focus on key products within the medical device and surgical instruments portfolio.
Expand the customer base by adding new clients and fostering existing relationships.
Project Management:
Manage various projects simultaneously, ensuring timely delivery and customer satisfaction.
Prepare comprehensive project reports, projections, and presentations for clients.
Marketing and Promotion:
Develop and execute marketing strategies to promote our products and services.
Participate in online and offline events, including Continuing Medical Education (CME) sessions, to enhance brand visibility.
Multilingual Skills:
Proficiency in English is mandatory.
Fluency in Hindi, Kannada, Telugu, and Tamil is highly desirable.
Experience and Qualifications:
Minimum of 5 years of experience in business development, particularly in the medical device and surgical products sector.
Prior experience and knowledge of surgical products is essential.
Skills and Competencies
Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
Proficiency in Microsoft Excel and other computer applications.
Ability to work independently and collaboratively on cross-functional teams.
