Job Description

  • We are seeking an experienced and dynamic Business Development Manager with in-depth knowledge of medical devices and surgical instruments
  • The ideal candidate will play a pivotal role in expanding our market presence by engaging with key decision-makers in various sectors, including pharmaceutical companies, e-commerce platforms, home healthcare, corporate entities, rehab centers, and sports centers
  • The candidate will be responsible for promoting our range of medical products and services, achieving sales targets, and managing multiple projects simultaneously

Key Responsibilities

  • Client Engagement:
    • Identify and engage with key decision-makers, including CEOs, COOs, CFOs, CPOs, and CTOs, to promote our medical products and services.
    • Establish and maintain strong relationships with clients in pharmaceuticals, e-commerce, home healthcare, corporate, rehab centers, and sports centers.
  • Sales and Business Development:
    • Achieve sales targets and focus on key products within the medical device and surgical instruments portfolio.
    • Expand the customer base by adding new clients and fostering existing relationships.
  • Project Management:
    • Manage various projects simultaneously, ensuring timely delivery and customer satisfaction.
    • Prepare comprehensive project reports, projections, and presentations for clients.
  • Marketing and Promotion:
    • Develop and execute marketing strategies to promote our products and services.
    • Participate in online and offline events, including Continuing Medical Education (CME) sessions, to enhance brand visibility.
  • Multilingual Skills:
    • Proficiency in English is mandatory.
    • Fluency in Hindi, Kannada, Telugu, and Tamil is highly desirable.
  • Experience and Qualifications:
    • Minimum of 5 years of experience in business development, particularly in the medical device and surgical products sector.
    • Prior experience and knowledge of surgical products is essential.

Skills and Competencies

  • Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
  • Proficiency in Microsoft Excel and other computer applications.
  • Ability to work independently and collaboratively on cross-functional teams.
  • Goal-oriented with a track record of achieving and exceeding sales targets.
