Job Description:
The Business Development Manager will lead initiatives to generate and engage with business partners in the USA to build new business for the company. This role requires strong communication skills, the ability to think critically, and a proven track record in executing successful business strategies. The candidate will also be expected to handle sales calls with provided leads, strategize business growth, and maintain existing business relationships.

Qualifications:
- Bachelor's degree or equivalent experience.
- 3 - 4 years of prior industry-related business development experience.
- Strong written and oral communication skills.
- Proven knowledge and execution of successful business development strategies.
- Focused, goal-oriented, and able to work independently.
- Ability to work in a remote setting and adapt to the USA time zone.
- Preferred skills: Recruiting, video editing, and basic web development skills.
