Job Description: Business Development Manager
Location: Mahalaxmi, Mumbai / Mayapuri Industrial Area phase 1, Delhi (2 locations )
Position Overview: We are seeking an experienced and dynamic Business Development Manager with a strong background in signage, commercial graphics, and both outdoor and indoor signage. The ideal candidate will have a minimum of 7 years of relevant experience and a proven track record in closing sales, reaching targets, onboarding new clients, generating leads, and leading a team.
Key Responsibilities:
- Sales and Business Development:
- Identify and target new business opportunities in the signage and commercial graphics sector.
- Develop and implement strategic sales plans to achieve business growth and revenue targets.
- Generate leads, negotiate contracts, and close sales deals.
- Build and maintain strong relationships with key clients and stakeholders.
Client Management:
- Onboard new clients and ensure a smooth transition and integration into the company's processes.
- Provide exceptional customer service and support to existing clients, ensuring high levels of client satisfaction and retention.
Market Analysis and Strategy:
- Conduct market research and analysis to identify trends, competitor activities, and potential business opportunities.
- Develop and execute marketing strategies to promote the companys products and services.
- Attend industry events, trade shows, and networking opportunities to expand the company's market presence.
Reporting and Documentation:
- Prepare and present regular sales reports, forecasts, and performance metrics to senior management.
- Maintain accurate and up-to-date records of sales activities, client interactions, and contract negotiations.
Qualifications:
- Bachelors degree in Business Administration, Marketing, or a related field. MBA preferred.
- Minimum of 7 years of experience in business development, sales, or a similar role in the signage and commercial graphics industry.
- Proven track record of meeting or exceeding sales targets and closing significant deals.
- Strong understanding of outdoor and indoor signage solutions.
- Excellent communication, negotiation, and interpersonal skills.
- Demonstrated ability to lead and motivate a sales team.
- Proficient in using CRM software and other sales tools.
