PPTS is a dynamic and forward-thinking organization specializing in ERP solutions, with a strong focus on Odoo implementations. We are looking to expand our footprint in international markets and are seeking a motivated Business Development Executive with expertise in ERP systems, especially Odoo, to join our team.

Job Summary:

We are seeking a proactive Business Development Executive (BDE) who is knowledgeable in IT Software products and Services, ERP systems and Odoo solutions. The ideal candidate will have experience in identifying, pursuing, and managing new business opportunities in international markets. They should be able to develop strategies to attract clients, close deals, and maintain long-term relationships to drive revenue growth.

Key Responsibilities:

Market Research & Strategy Development:

  • Conduct thorough research to identify potential clients and opportunities for ERP and Odoo solutions in international markets.
  • Develop and implement effective strategies to enter and grow market share in targeted regions.

Lead Generation & Relationship Building:

  • Identify and qualify leads, conduct outreach, and establish initial contact with prospective clients.
  • Build and nurture strong relationships with key decision-makers to understand their ERP needs and provide tailored solutions.

Sales & Business Development:

  • Present Odoo ERP solutions to potential clients, demonstrate product value, and address client concerns.
  • Manage the sales cycle from initial contact to contract signing, ensuring a smooth and positive experience for the client.
  • Meet or exceed sales targets and contribute to the company's growth objectives.

Client Consultation & Needs Assessment:

  • Conduct client needs assessments and provide insights into how Odoo ERP solutions can address their business challenges.
  • Collaborate with the technical and implementation teams to deliver effective solutions that meet client requirements.

Market Insights & Reporting:

  • Monitor and report on industry trends, market activities, and competitor strategies in ERP and Odoo implementations.
  • Provide regular reports and feedback to senior management on business development activities and sales progress.

Qualifications and Skills:

  • Bachelor's degree in Business, Marketing, IT, or a related field.
  • Minimum 6 -10 years of experience in business development or sales, preferably with a focus on IT Software products and Services ,ERP systems and Odoo.
  • Proven experience in selling ERP solutions in international markets, with a deep understanding of market entry strategies and client acquisition.
  • Strong understanding of ERP systems and hands-on experience with Odoo is preferred.
  • Excellent communication and presentation skills, with the ability to engage clients and build lasting relationships.
  • Self-motivated, goal-oriented, and comfortable working in a fast-paced environment.
