Job Description

  • Digital Ad sales and building business for the agency including Performance marketing which includes all kind of digital performance campaign across categories of client.
  • Digital Business building: Client who are looking to revamp their website, SEO solution, Mobile App, UI & UX part.
  • Building strong relationship with the digital media planner across all the top-mid level digital agencies and get Branding/Performance marketing business.
  • Building strategies for clients on how their digital business can be improved.
  • Ecom client pitch to manage their complete Ecomm growth business which help to grow their revenue.
Responsibilities:
  • Market Research and Opportunity Identification.
  • Conduct thorough market research to identify trends, potential clients, and key industry players in India.
  • Identify new business opportunities for the company.
  • Client Acquisition and Relationship Management.
  • Prospect and engage potential clients through various channels, including cold calling, emails, networking events, and industry conferences.
  • Build and maintain strong relationships with key decision-makers and stakeholders within target client organizations.
  • Sales Strategy and Pipeline Management.
  • Develop and execute a comprehensive sales strategy to achieve business development goals and revenue targets.
  • Manage the sales pipeline, from lead generation to contract negotiation and closing deals.
  • Partnership Development.
  • Identify and evaluate potential partnerships that can enhance our market reach and drive business growth.
  • Client Needs Analysis and Solution Presentation.
  • Understand clients specific needs, pain points, and objectives to tailor our solutions to their requirements.
  • Present compelling value propositions and conduct product demonstrations to showcase our offerings effectively.
  • Collaborate with the marketing team to develop sales collateral, presentations, and proposals that align with clients needs and showcase our strengths.
  • Provide regular sales forecasts, performance reports, and market insights to the leadership team.
  • Continuously analyze and improve sales strategies based on performance data and market feedback.
Qualifications :
  • Bachelor s/Master s degree in Business, Marketing, or a related field.
  • Proven track record of successful business development and sales experience in the digital advertising or ad tech with a focus on the Indian Market.
  • Strong network of industry contacts and the ability to engage with C-level executives and decision-makers.
  • Excellent negotiation, communication, and presentation skills.
  • Entrepreneurial mindset with a drive to achieve ambitious revenue targets.
  • Demonstrated ability to work in a fast-paced and dynamic environment.
  • Willingness to travel occasionally to meet with clients and attend industry events.
