Job Description
Role: Business Development Manager
Location: Delhi
Key Responsibilities
- To work towards establishing Tenax as preferred brand of solutions for Stone & Marble applications in assigned Territories.
- To identify market trends in stone applications in terms of methods, product categories and pricing in stone chemicals segment.
- Take up Special initiatives to improve engagement with Stone Category Stakeholders (Architects, Big Contractors, Key Outlets)
- Lead team to Identify, Profile and Engage with Premium Architects/BIG stone Contractors. Establishing a strong relationship with them to driving Stone Chemicals of Pidilite. Promote User Loyalty programs with them and ensure target achievements.
- Driving Sales of Stone Chemicals through set of adopted Key Outlets as per annual/monthly target finalized. Leading the team to work closely with adopted set of Key dealers, ensure branding activities for the Outlet, engage with linked key Stone Users/contractors and promote demand generation. Ensure timely communication of scheme and loyalty program benefits.
