Overview
The Business Development Manager plays a crucial role in driving the growth and success of the organization by identifying new business opportunities, building and maintaining client relationships, and contributing to the overall strategic direction of the company. They are responsible for creating and implementing business development strategies to achieve sales targets and expand the company's market presence.
Key responsibilities
- Identify and develop new business opportunities through networking, cold calling, and other methods
- Build and maintain strong relationships with clients and key stakeholders
- Conduct market research and analysis to identify trends, opportunities, and threats
- Create and implement comprehensive business development strategies
- Collaborate with the sales and marketing teams to develop effective sales plans

Required Qualifications

Must have experience in B2B sales accounts
Must have international client handling exposure
- Must have knowledge and experience in SAAS , Cloud , AWS , Azure Snowflake sale
- Ability to work effectively both independently and as part of a team
- Proficiency in MS Office and CRM software
- Experience in developing and executing business development strategies
- Strong negotiation and persuasion skills
- Ability to travel as needed
