Role Description

This is a full-time on-site role for a Business Development Manager at Perman Auto Concepts Pvt Ltd located in Bengaluru. As a Business Development Manager, you will be responsible for identifying and acquiring new business opportunities, building and maintaining relationships with clients, conducting market research, and developing and implementing sales strategies. You will collaborate with cross-functional teams to drive growth and achieve business objectives.

Qualifications

• Proven experience in business development or sales
• Strong communication and interpersonal skills
• Excellent negotiation and persuasive abilities
• Ability to analyze market trends and identify business opportunities
• Knowledge of the automotive industry is a plus
• Bachelor's degree in Business Administration or a related field
• Ability to work independently and as a part of a team
• Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite and CRM software
• Willingness to travel as required
